The drawing you send us is retreated to only keep the outlines. These outlines are then engraved using a diamond tip or by laser, directly on the chosen material.

The customisation of your item takes three steps:

1. Take a picture of the drawing, the imprints, or your child’s handwritten words (Or scan the paper). 
2. Choose your favourite jewellery or accessory and use the personalisation form to send us your drawing or the text of your choice; You can then validate and complete your order.

3. A few days later, you will receive in your mailbox or at a pick-up station a unique piece of jewellery.

To personalise your item, use the personalisation form by clicking on the ‘Personalise’ button. Your item can either be engraved one side or both. To do so, tick the ‘front only’ or ‘front and back’ option. Then select the type of personalisation you want.

To make a beautiful hand/footprint that will then be engraved on your piece of jewellery, use paint slightly diluted and apply it copiously on the hand or the foot. Then press firmly on a white sheet… And ta-da! Let the sheet dry and then scan it (or take a picture). During product personalisation, select "Sketch or hand/footprint" and upload the file.

The default layout for the text entered at the time of personalising your item will be as advertised on the photographs on the product page. For instance, if the photographs show names centered on several lines. The engraving for your purchase will be exactly the same.

As a result, you only need to enter the names in the text field, only separated by a space.

Our engravings are not coloured. Our pendants are directly engraved on the chsosen material with a diamond tip or by laser, without any type of colour. The result is thus identical to the pictures presented on our website.

Our wooden jewellery cannot be engraved on the back. Indeed, the back of these pendants is less smooth than the front. Engraving this side would not provide an optimal result.

A drawing cannot be engraved on a cloud of star pendant because their engraving surface is not large enough. Instead, you can engrave a text or one of our illustrations to choose among the ‘quotes’ theme. These illustrations are designed to perfectly adapt to these pendants’ shapes.

Our engravings comply with the visuals presented on our website.

If you choose to engrave a text on your pendant - whether combined with a pictogram or not, you can get an overview of your text in the selected typography.

For drawings or imprints, there is no preview when ordering. The result complies with the visuals of the product sell sheet.

When ordering jewellery or accessories, you can choose to add a thematic gift card and write a small personalised note.

All of our jewellery - including bracelets, pendants or earrings - is packed and delivered in a gift-box. This one is included to your order when ordering.

You can also choose to wrap your jewellery in a gift-pack, available for 2 euros. It includes a gift-box and an elegant paper bag.

This gift-pack is also available for our keyrings and our small accessories.

We do not engrave photographs. However, we can engrave texts or drawings instead of simply keeping outlines that will then be engraved directly on the material.

You can send a JPEG, PNG or even PDF file. We advise you to send us a high-quality file.

Preferably choose a drawing made with a fibre pen, which contrasts clearly with the white sheet. Take a sharp and bright picture or scan the document. As for the imprints, make them with paint to obtain a better result. 

Avoid plaster imprints, pencil drawings or pastel colours, shaded or blurred photos, black & white photos, low resolution, or small pictures, squared or blurred sheets.

We do not retreat photographs.

Yes, you can. Just personalise the front of the pendant by leaving us a comment in the “Special requests” field to indicate that your personnalisation must be done on the back. Our team will take you comments into consideration.
