Order

You just realised that you made a mistake in your order? You want to modify your order after it has been placed? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and select the corresponding category such as "Valid order - Ongoning creation" and then ". Unfortunately, if we already started to process your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

First of all, clear your browser history and more specifically cookies, cache and temporary extensions. This should solve the issue! If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.

HappyBulle will take up to two business days after receipt of payment to ship your parcel. It takes 24 hours for graphic treatment and 24 additional hours for making your jewellery in our workshop. However, our team will do whatever it takes to ensure that your parcels are delivered as soon as possible!

Our carriers guarantee delivery times within 2 to 7 business days for United Kingdom, but it may vary depending on the delivery method chosen during checkout.

HappyBulle orders are made on demand in our workshop.

The creation time is the time necessary for our team to process your order, meaning graphic adaptation as well as the creation itself of your piece of jewellery. It starts from the date we register your ayment until your package is handed over to the carrier.

The delivery time is the time necessary for the carrier to deliver your order after it has shipped from our workshop. It starts when the parcel has been given to the carrier and may vary depending on the delivery method you have chosen at checkout.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check spam emails, it may have ended up there. If you cannot spot it either, please contact our Customer service.

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order (item(s), personalisation, delivery address, etc..). You can also sign in to check your HappyBulle account and the section "My orders".

Find below the address to send your bracelet, along with your full name and order reference (12 letters). Make sure the letter service is registered and the envelope is padded to avoid any trouble during transport :

In your shopping cart, enter the promotional code in the “Promo code / e-gift card” section before confirming your order. The promotion will apply automatically.

Pre-ordering is a system for buying an item before it is available.

This means that the product is not yet in stock or immediately available for purchase when the customer places the order. This means that the customer can 'reserve' the product before it is released or in stock, with payment being made when the order is placed. In return, once the product is available, our workshop will take care of making up and dispatching the order.

The availability date is displayed in advance on the product sheet, in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation email. Dispatch will depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.

In the case of an order made up of several items, one or more of which is on pre-order, production will only start from the earliest pre-order date. Consequently, the order will always be dispatched on a one-off basis.

Please note that the availability date shown is not contractual and is given as an indication only.

Adjustments may be made due to logistical factors. HappyBulle therefore agrees to inform each customer of any potential delay in product availability. However, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, no refund can be demanded in such circumstances.
