Giveaway rules – HappyBulle's 15th anniversary

Terms & conditions - ‘15 years – 15 free orders’ promotion 

Article 1 – Organisation

HAPPYCORP, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €50,000, whose registered office is located at 13 Avenue de la Grande Semaine, 33700 Mérignac (France), registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register, is organising a promotional campaign entitled ‘15 years – 15 free orders’ from Wednesday 5 November 2025 at 00:01 to Wednesday 19 November 2025 at 23:59 inclusive.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The giveaway is open to any natural person of majority age residing in the European Union who has placed an order on the website www.happybulle.com during the giveaway period.

Participation is automatic once a valid order has been placed on the website during the contest period. The following are not eligible to participate:

• HappyBulle employees,
• Their respective families (spouses, ascendants, direct descendants).

Article 3 – Giveaway rules

Each day, among all orders placed between 00:01 and 23:59, one of them will be randomly selected on the website https://www.tirage-au-sort.net/.

The winning customer will be refunded the total amount of their order in the form of a voucher, which can be used on the website www.happybulle.com until 31/12/2025.

A total of 15 orders will be offered between 5 and 19 November 2025 inclusive.

Article 4 – Selection of winners

The random draw will be conducted each working day by HappyBulle from the orders placed the previous day.

Winners will be contacted by email at the address associated with their order within a maximum of 7 working days after being selected.

Article 5 – Prize

Each winner will receive a voucher worth the total amount of their order, including taxes, excluding delivery costs.

This voucher will be valid until 31 December 2025 and can be used once on the website www.happybulle.com.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a third party or partially refunded under any circumstances.

Article 6 – Liability

HAPPY CORP cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Malfunction of the Internet network or payment platform,
• Error in the contact details provided by the participant,
• Problem beyond its control preventing the smooth running of the random draw.

Article 7 – Acceptance of the rules

By participating in the giveaway, you fully and unreservedly accept these rules.

Article 8 – Personal data

The data collected as part of this giveaway (surname, first name, e-mail address, etc.) will be used exclusively for the purposes of the random draw and will not be sent to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by sending a request to the above address.

Article 9 – Disputes

These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the giveaway will be settled amicably. In the absence of agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
